Volume in ml, target nicotine strength in mg/ml, and the PG/VG ratio the finished e-liquid should have.
Add what you already have
The strength and PG/VG ratio of your nicotine base from the label, plus the flavoring percentage. Choose whether the flavor is PG- or VG-based.
The app works out the recipe
See how many ml of base, flavoring, PG and VG to pour, the final ratio and an illustrated bottle. If a recipe can't be mixed, you'll see why.
Save it
Add the recipe to your list, download it as a PDF, or back it up to a file and move it to another device.
Worked example
How the app calculates – with real numbers
You want 30 ml of e-liquid at 3 mg/ml and 50/50. You have a 20 mg/ml (50/50) nicotine base and a flavor dosed at 10%.
- Nicotine base:
30 × 3 ÷ 20 = 4.5 ml - Flavoring: 10% of 30 ml =
3 ml(counted as PG) - A 50/50 target means 15 ml PG and 15 ml VG
- PG is already in the base (2.25 ml) and the flavor (3 ml), so add
15 − 2.25 − 3 = 9.75 ml PG - VG is only in the base (2.25 ml), so add
15 − 2.25 = 12.75 ml VG

What the app does and doesn't do
Where your data lives
- Recipes are stored only in your browser (localStorage).
- No server, no account, no login.
- Your inputs and recipes are never sent anywhere.
- We count visits with GoatCounter — no cookies, no stored IP addresses.
- The jsPDF library is loaded from the cdnjs CDN for PDF export.
- Move recipes between devices with a backup (JSON file).
Good to know
- Results are approximate — only as accurate as the numbers on your labels and your measuring.
- The calculator works in milliliters, not grams.
- There's one field for flavoring — add up the percentages if you use several.
- Recipes don't sync between devices. Without a backup, clearing your browser data deletes them.
- The base and flavor manufacturers' instructions always come first.
- For adults only. Nicotine base is toxic — wear gloves and keep it away from children and pets.

How much does Míchárna cost?
Nothing. It's free, with no paid features and no sign-up.
Do I need an account?
No. Open the page and start calculating.
Does it work offline?
The calculation runs in your browser — once the page has loaded, it works without a connection. You need internet to open it the first time and for PDF export.
How do I move my recipes to another device?
In Saved recipes, click Download backup, then load the file on the other device with Upload backup. Existing recipes are kept; only new ones are added.
How do I add it to my home screen?
On Android in Chrome the app offers to install itself, or use the browser menu (Add to Home screen / Install app). On iPhone, tap Share and then Add to Home Screen.
How accurate is the calculation?
Results are rounded to hundredths of a milliliter. The real result depends on how accurate your labels are and how precisely you measure.
Does it work for nicotine salts?
Yes. The math is the same — just enter the strength and PG/VG ratio from the base label.
Is the app available in Czech?
Yes. The English and Czech versions share the same saved recipes.
