What Míchárna does

Míchárna is a free web calculator for DIY e-liquid mixing. All calculations run right in your browser, and nothing you enter is stored on any server.

What data the app collects

No personal data. Míchárna doesn't require registration or login, and it doesn't use cookies, tracking pixels or ad networks.

Visit statistics (GoatCounter)

For a basic overview of traffic we use GoatCounter, an open-source, privacy-focused tool. It records the page visited, where the visitor came from (referrer), browser and OS type, screen size, language and approximate country.

It doesn't use cookies and doesn't store IP addresses. To recognize repeat page views within one visit, it keeps an anonymous hash of the IP address and browser for at most 8 hours. GoatCounter never sees your inputs or recipes.

Browser storage (localStorage)

So you can save recipes, the app writes to your browser's storage:

• micharna_recepty_v1 — your saved recipes (inputs, the calculated recipe and the save date),
• micharna_install_snooze — the date the home-screen install offer was dismissed, so it doesn't show again right away.

This data stays on your device only and is never sent anywhere. Delete it with the ✕ button next to a recipe, or by clearing the site data in your browser settings.

Files you create

Backups (JSON files) and PDF exports are created right in your browser and saved to your device. When you upload a backup, the file is read locally and never sent anywhere.

External resources

The pages load two files from third-party servers:

• the GoatCounter script (gc.zgo.at) for visit statistics,
• the jsPDF library from the cdnjs.cloudflare.com CDN for exporting recipes to PDF (app only).

As with any file loaded from the internet, these providers can technically see the IP address the request came from. No fonts or other external resources are loaded. Links to other websites (such as RelaxPlayer) only open when you click them.
