A web app for jobs paid by piece rate or quota. After each shift you enter your tasks, the quantity (pieces or kilograms) and the hours you worked. Based on a wage ladder you set up to match your workplace, the app works out your pace, the tier you reached and your estimated pay.

Four steps from setup to overview
You only set things up once (and can change them any time). After that you just enter a few numbers after each shift.

Set up your wage ladder
Add tasks (e.g. packing, assembly), choose the unit – pieces or kilograms – and whether the quota is per hour or per whole shift. For each tier you enter a pace threshold, an hourly rate and a bonus range.

Log your output after the shift
Pick the day, task, size/grade, quantity and hours worked. If there were several tasks that day, add another row. A day off is a single tick.

The app calculates the result
Quantity and hours give your pace. The app finds the highest tier your pace reached and uses its rate and bonus to calculate your estimated pay as a from–to range.

Follow your progress
Average hourly rate by shift, week, month and year, a comparison with the previous period, and a summary by task for the last 30 days.
How the app calculates – with real numbers

For a “whole shift” quota, the app first scales the quantity to your full set shift length and only then compares it with the thresholds. € is just the example here – you pick your own currency in Settings.

- 2160 reaches the tier 1 threshold (150) but not tier 2 (200) → €12.00/h applies

The result is always a range, because the app can't know what quality bonus you'll actually get.
What the app does
Your own wage ladder
Any number of tasks, sizes/grades and tiers. Tiers are sorted by threshold automatically.
Pieces and kilograms
Quota per hour or per whole shift. For shift quotas, a shorter or longer shift is scaled to the full length.
Estimated pay
A base from the hourly rate plus a range from the quality bonus – for every entry and for the whole shift.
Charts and trends
Last 14 shifts, 12 weeks, 12 months and a yearly map where each day's color shows the tier reached.
Shift history
Edit or delete any shift and add a note to it. Days off can be logged too.
Levels and messages
XP, levels and short comments on your performance. Just for fun – they don't affect any calculations.
Export and backup
PDF overview, CSV for Excel, a full JSON backup, plus separate export/import of just the wage tables.
Add to home screen
On Android and iPhone it can be added to the home screen and run full screen like a regular app.
Choose your currency
€, $, £, CA$, A$, CHF, Kč, zł, Ft, lei or kr. Only the symbol changes – your numbers aren't converted.
What the app does and doesn't do
Where your data lives
- Everything you enter is stored only in the browser on your device (localStorage). The app has no server, accounts or login.
- Shifts, wages and notes are never sent anywhere.
- Visits are counted with GoatCounter – no cookies and no stored IP address.
- To move to another device, make a backup (JSON) and restore it there.
Good to know
- It doesn't calculate net pay. It doesn't know taxes, deductions, allowances or withholdings – the result is an estimate based on the rates you enter.
- It doesn't know your company's quotas. You can't log a shift until you've set up your own ladder.
- It doesn't sync between devices. Clearing your browser data without a backup means losing your data.
- It doesn't send anything to your employer. It's purely a personal overview.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Dělňas cost?
Nothing. The app is free, with no paid features and no ads from ad networks.
Do I need an account?
No. Just open the page and start. Your data is stored only in the browser on your device.
Does it work offline?
The page needs to load once. Logging shifts and all calculations then run right on your device and nothing is sent anywhere.
How do I move my data to a new phone?
In “Export & backup”, download a backup (JSON), move the file to the new device and load it there with “Restore from backup”.
How do I add the app to my home screen?
On Android in Chrome the app offers installation on its own, or use the “Install” button at the top of the app. On iPhone, tap Share in the browser and choose “Add to Home Screen”.
Does it calculate my exact paycheck?
No. It shows an estimate based on your wage ladder as a from–to range. It doesn't know taxes, deductions, allowances or your exact quality bonus.
Can I use a different currency?
Yes. In Settings you can pick €, $, £, Kč and more. Only the symbol changes – the numbers you enter stay as they are.
Is there a Czech version?
Yes, use the CZ/EN switch. Both versions share the same data on your device.
