Where is my data stored?

All data stays only in this browser (localStorage). Nothing is sent to any server. Use the export and import backup feature to move data between devices.

How do I back up my data?

In the Export & backup section you can download a complete backup as a JSON file and load it back in at any time, for example after switching to a new phone or browser.

Is there a Czech version?

Yes, the app is also available in Czech. You’ll find the CZ/EN language switch near the top of the page.

VAPETRACK is a free web app for tracking e-cigarette puffs. No registration, no account, no server – everything is calculated and stored right in this browser.

Why this app was made

The idea for VAPETRACK came from personal experience with vaping. It's very easy to lose track of how much you actually vape in a day – puffs happen almost automatically, without thinking, and nicotine consumption quietly creeps up without you really noticing. That lack of awareness feeds the addiction itself, since without concrete numbers it's hard to realize just how much things have escalated.

So I decided to build a tool that tracks puffs and overall nicotine consumption in detail – so you can get a real picture of your habit and have a genuine chance to bring your nicotine addiction back under control. VAPETRACK is completely free and available to anyone who wants to keep their consumption in check and try to tame this addiction.

Logging

One tap on the main button adds 5 puffs
Today’s count and the time (plus “X min ago”) of your last puff are always visible
The “undo last entry” button removes the last addition if you tap by mistake
Individual entries can also be deleted later in the history

A bar chart of the last 14 days with the average marked
A yearly heatmap of the last 365 days – scroll sideways to spot patterns over time
