What the app tracks
Feature overview
Puff counter
One tap on the button adds 5 puffs. You see today's count and the time of your last puff. The "undo last entry" button removes the last addition if you tap by mistake.
Last 14 days
A bar chart with the average marked, so it's easy to see how recent days compare to your usual count.
Yearly heatmap
An overview of the last 365 days that scrolls sideways, so patterns over time are easier to spot.
Hourly distribution
Shows which hour of the day you puff most often, based on the last 7 days.
Trend and gaps
A comparison of this week with last week in percent, plus the average, shortest, and longest gap between puffs (long overnight gaps are excluded).
Optional daily goal
The app just shows your status against a set limit with a colored progress bar — it doesn't judge or give advice.
XP and levels
A long-term system that calculates XP by comparing each day to your 7-day average — it rewards an actual downward trend, not individual days.
Entry history
An editable list of every entry — individual puffs can be deleted after the fact too.
Export and backup
Export to PDF and CSV, plus backup and restore in JSON format to move data between devices. The app also offers 5 color themes.

Why it was made
The idea for VAPETRACK came from personal experience with vaping. It's easy to lose track of how much you actually vape in a day — puffs happen almost automatically, without thinking, and nicotine consumption quietly creeps up.
VAPETRACK was built as a tool that tracks puffs and consumption in detail, so you can get a real picture of the habit. The app is entirely free, sends nothing to a server, and stores no personal data — everything stays in your browser until you download a backup yourself.
