SYNTHLUCIDA VEHICLE LOGBOOK is a free online trip logbook. You log individual trips by odometer reading, purpose (business/private), and vehicle, and the app keeps clear monthly summaries and lets you track vehicle service records too. The whole app runs directly in your browser.
The app doesn't collect or send any personal data to a server. Specifically:

This data never leaves your browser, and the app has no access to it from anywhere else. You can remove it by clearing the site's data in your browser settings.
You can export your trip and service records as PDF or CSV (e.g. for tax purposes), or as a full JSON backup, which can later be imported back the same way, for example when switching to a new device. Both export and import happen locally in your browser — the app never sends any of these files anywhere on its own; it only offers them to you for download, or processes a file you upload yourself.
The app loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Loading the page therefore sends a standard request to Google's servers, which is common practice for most sites using custom fonts. Aside from that, the app loads no other external scripts or tracking code.
The app serves as supporting documentation for trips and servicing. For tax and accounting purposes we recommend backing up your records regularly (JSON export) and consulting an accountant where needed.
